On the way back from Crater Lake in the Snowmass Wilderness, I made it a point to photograph some of the Aspen Groves. I was there in July, so the orange colors you see here are actually green in reality. I really prefer these orange hues and they somehow give the sense that the trees are ablaze. The rest was all done in camera, by using a high aperture to create a longer shutter-speed while quickly moving the camera up and down in order to blur the image. How good will this look on your wall?
